It will be a pay what you can show and will feature performers such as Don Alder, Beverley Elliott, Mark James Fortin, John Pippus, Melanie Dekker, Lindsay May and many more. Doors will open at 6pm and we will have snacks, prizes and treats for all those that join us. This showcase will be supporting all the charities we are currently working with and will feature some of Vancouver's finest songwriters. We promise it will be a fun filled night with many surprises and oodles of incredible music until the Yale closes at 1:30am."

How cool is this? I'm playing with my band at this huge, historic soft-seater on Granville St. during the Olympics. Here's the format: We play a 45 minute set, starting at 4PM, then the first period of the Men's Preliminary Round hockey game will be projected on a 40-foot HD TV. Then we play a couple of songs between periods. After the game, we finish up with a 30-minute set. Can't wait to play this amazing venue! Tickets are $25 (with $5 going to Haiti Relief Fund).
